If you have What exactly is that and where do you find a reputable Cancer Center? There are a number of Cancer centers of America. When searching, you will find a lot of "Cancer Centers" at many hospitals. The trick is to find out regarding their status of being a Cancer Center according to WHOM? There are a number of accreditations, but the most prestigious, which reflects the level of cutting edge research done at an institution, is the designation of National Cancer Insitute (NCI) Comprehensive Cancer Center. Among all the cancer centers of America, many are NOT designated an NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center. That does not mean they are bad centers. It may mean that they are not as involved in cutting edge research, which may or may not be important to you or your particular situation. If you are looking for an NCI designated Cancer Center in California, consider the City of Hope in Duarte, California. Otherwise, consider the following Centers close to you.
