| adenocarcinoma | Pronounced "ad deno carcinoma", adenocarcinoma is a general term for a cancer of glandular linings in the body like ovary, breast, colon, uterus and others. Many organs have glandular linings as well as other tissues which can become malignant. (also see Epithelium). |
